The Australian Sailing Museum online store is 100% secure, so you can purchase
online with confidence. Our shopping cart is very simple to use. If you

Step 2
When you've decided what you want to order click the Order Now button next to the product
You can order more than one product at a time by selecting "Continue Shopping" and repeating Step 2.
Step 3
When you have finished shopping click "Proceed to checkout"
Step 4
Enter your details. Your delivery address must be the same as the credit card holder.
Click "Order Now" to be transferred to our secure payment window.
Step 5
Pay online with your credit card (Visa/Mastercard) via our secure payment window.
Payments are not processed until your order is ready to ship.

You will receive an order summary and reference number via email as soon as you have placed your order.
Your order is sent to us via encrypted email to be processed.
Place your order today and you will receive your products within 7-10 business days.
We will ship your order the same day your payment clears.

Shipping
Information
We ship to all international countries. Postage rates:
$20.00 USD for small prints or orders less than 1kg (usually individual
prints).
$30.00 USD for Challenger/Defender series, course charts, any larger prints
(including multiple individual prints), or orders over 1kg.
This is added to your order total in the checkout. If the goods are in stock,
orders will be sent out immediately. We will ship your order the same day
your payment clears.
If the merchandise you select is out of stock, your order my take longer to complete. You will be informed of any further delay via email.
Returns
& Exchanges
IMPORTANT: If you receive goods damaged through transit, it is vital that
you keep the damaged packaging that they came in and contact The Australian
Sailing Museum immediately.
Please examine all shipments immediately upon receipt. If defective or incorrect merchandise is received, you MUST notify us within 7 days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: The Australian Sailing Museum cannot be held responsible for missing goods if an incorrect delivery address was quoted at time of order. To ensure that your parcel is delivered safely, please check your postal address details very carefully before you confirm the order.
If you wish to return an item, you MUST contact us within 14 DAYS of the initial delivery date. Returns & refunds are NOT accepted after 14 days of customer receipt, unless defective. We gladly accept returns for exchange or refunds provided the goods are in as new condition and we can re-sell them. However, please remember, when returning items, the customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs. So, we advise you to choose carefully.
Authorisation must be obtained from The Australian Sailing Museum, prior to the return of any goods, via email, telephone or facsimile. All returned goods must be in good condition and in the unit quantity supplied in the original order.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU RE-PACKAGE THE GOODS THAT YOU ARE RETURNING SECURELY, AS WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR GOODS THAT ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
